1/ Open Forum
Agent for Little Minsterley development went over drainage developments for site, He had no info re foul waste but assumed this would be in hands of Seven Trent
PC had submitted report for June. 1 RTA 1Theft 1 ASB

4/ Minutes of May meeting

Signed as true by Chair (GR) Proposed by TB seconded GB
Matters arising Discussion of issues arising from Youth meeting 18th June, wanted something to occupy them, BMX replaced, no appetite for youth club.

5/ Parish Property

a) Square
Tony Bishton had not returned with a price for refurbishment of bench, Clerk to pursue
ASB camera removed for maint, pole had been replaced, We were only supposed to have camera for 3 mths. Council consider camera necessary and the P.C should be asked about it being installed again. Clerk to liaise.
New noticeboard could be obtained via MidWest supplies Clerk to liaise with MD.
No response from Duncan at Minsterley Garage re damaged sign on roundabout. Clerk to inform him it will be removed by 22 July if not removed/replaced.

GB said walking maps will be installed shortly.

b) Playing field
Sunday football team had asked that posts be refurbished in lieu of new one being replaced. Clerk to approach T Bishton
There was a further discussion about provision of a skatepark/pipe Clerk asked to look into. (Act Clerk)

c) Street lights

Repairs done , no bill for electricity as yet.


d) Footpaths
The path behind the Mount is overgrown. Rights of way informed they are trying to contact the landowner.

e) Play areas

NA said he and AP have work to carry out maintenance in hand.
P Stealey had stated that he had some fencing that could be installed for 680. TB pro that we proceed with this all agreed.
Broken branch in Oak tree in playground Clerk to approach STC (Act Clerk)



6/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways
PT. had mailed clerk about state of bridge at Horsebridge Clerk to pursue.
TB said he had met A Keyland and the road outside PO is to be resurfaced. A Keyland did have a look at rest of road. He should be asked to consider all the tidying required on the Horsbridge Rd leading from the Vets. (Act Clerk)

b) Footpaths

Minsterley Pontesbury path complete and safety audit done shortly after last meeting so unable to have input. Council still consider there is an issue at the Little Minsterley end and a meeting should be set up with Mouchel and Shropshire Council (Act Clerk)

c) Flooding

MD had made investigations into the ENV agency position. They did not want to dredge due to the barytes in the bed.. Some removal of silt could be carried out at bridge when the owner of the river bed is ascertained. (Act MD)

7/ Planning.

I outline application for house on small development at the end of Grove.
AP left the meeting
Council concerned:-Green belt, on a flood plain, extra traffic on narrow road and exit to Horsebridge, out of keeping with area.

8/Payments to be made

i/ SALC Clerks training on NPPF 10 chq no 605
ii/ Potters Electrical light repairs 255 chq no 606



Bank statement to date noted by Chair 30886.90 pro TB agreed All
TB asked that Clerk look into Higher interest account with Bank. Clerk said made sense and would look into but when he had asked was told the type of account(CLUB) was unable to have a savings account

9/Corres

Clerk read out corres, Pontesbury PC had asked that we consider giving money to LJC, Council thought they need more info before committing
