1/ Open Forum
PCSO had discussed police issues in the AGM, 3 ASB, 3 Assault, 1 Malicious comms.
1 of the ASB relates to mopeds/quad bikes any info Police to be contacted

There was a report of the flood forum meeting, grants for anti-flooding solutions.

5/ Parish Property
a) Square
Sponsorship of roundabout planting received from A Griffiths, Clerk had sent thanks, Mr Griffiths is to put some signs to advertise his business.
Noticeboards supplied by Shrops Council (MTI), quote received and accepted, P Hall to be asked if one can go at the Surestart notice area as they are finishing at the Parish Hall GB to enquire (Act GB)

b) Playing field
Fixtures received from Rounders team, 7 matches, They are to be asked for a donation of 30 towards pitch maintenance. Extra cuts would have to be paid for.

c) Street lights
Repairs done, Western Power Dist had been required to make repairs to supply for a couple. BB satted that a new highways light gave a a better light possibly at a better cost, Clerk to ask maintenance team if it is possible to develop a plan to replac our lights with the same (Act Clerk)

d) Footpaths
NTR

e) Play areas
Wicksteed inspection repairs will be looked at by NA and AP, NA brought old signs to see if they can be amended. Bench at toddlers not considered a priority. STC to be asked about repairs to the MUGA. (Act NA&AP & Clerk)
Courses for those who looked after play areas to be looked into.(Act GR & Clerk)

6/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways
Little Minsterley considered dangerous due to speed from national speed limit to 30mph at village entrance, especially with new development entrance at that point. Can speed limit are be adjusted, can the area be re-engineered to help?
Hanwood Clerk to be asked about cost of speed indicator sign.
Which is the designated route from Montgomery rd to Minsterley for HGVs
Horsebridge rd when will road be re-opened fully? (Act Clerk)

b) Footpaths
A footpath from bus stop in Little Minsterley to creamery would cost <50k.

c) De - Fib
Cabinet installed but wrong size, suppliers will sort out. To be confirmed.(Act Clerk)

GB went over issues from LJC planning meeting re Police station in Pontesbury hub plus library issues, the council still considers unable to support cost of library.
