1/ Open Forum
Police report 3 ASB,3 Assault, 1 Vehicle.
Tim Griffiths introduced himself and gave a quick chat about the quiet Police issue at present.
S Lockwood said she was trying to raise matters which affected the area.

5/ Parish Property
a) Square
Pontsbury Lib stering group wanted to put up a temp banner
Noticeboards display installed.

b) Playing field
T Bishton is carrying out the work requested. NA will put up BB Hoop

c) Street lights
Highway light next to milk churns in little minsterley on in day still. Also warning lights for school at plox green road not working.

d) Footpaths
Excavation of planting by BT work at Linden fields replaced by grass seed

e) Play areas
NTR
f) Parish Hall
Gr said that the Hall needed to replace old wooden chairs. Also that the committee room needs decorating now that the surestart folks have departed. After a discussion it was proposed by GR that we Grant 200 to cost of decorating, all agreed.

6/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways
Hedge at Belmont, Horsebridge rd interfering with rd users. Could Highways give their advice on the trees (bird mess) issue outside the churchyard.
No reply clerk to write to highways again (Act Clerk)

b) Footpaths
M Davies will look at plans to ascertain if any Parish property around Barytes Cottage. NA said Willows opposite P Hall encroaching on specimen tree planted for queens Jubilee, Clerk to inf Highways

c) De - Fib
Cabinet installed but wrong size, to be replaced, but despite assurances not done yet Clerk to persue, also to advertise for volunteers and ask creamery and meat factory (Act Clerk)

d) Funding
Discussion based around info from Shrops Council the Councillor Bill and Clerk attended showing the costs required to support Pontesbury Lib, Poles Coppice, & Youth Club. Decided to consult residents, Clerk tasked with obtaining 860 papers for a survey of opinion.

8/ Planning

No applications
RJ said complaints about the Bus depot that was granted planning but no action after 8 years Clerk to persue
