COUNCIL TAX
Later this year, householders will be advised as to the amount of council tax payable in the year 2010-2011.
Minsterley Parish Council's precept is based on the local part of the council tax.
As Responsible Financial Officer, I considered it would be useful for Minterley residents to know exactly how much over the years, this part of the council tax has been.
To that end I have compiled the following details:-

For the year 2010 - 2011, the Precept will not be increased, ie it will stay at £14,650.
From the year 1994, the monthly 'D' rate has only increased
by £3.78 each month, in spite of the increase in the cost of electricity supply for the village lights!
