The parish council year is from 1 April to 31 March; meetings for the rest of the years are Tuesday 8 December 2009, Tuesday 12 January 2010, Tuesday 9 February 2010 and Tuesday 9 March 2010. Members of the Public are Welcome to all meetings. PUBLIC FORUM begins at 7pm before the Council meeting starts; this gives members of the public to raise any issues; usually the Public Forum is for 15 minutes except in special circumstances when a contraversial topic is brought up. The ANNUAL PARISH MEETING is held in APRIL; this is NOT a Council Meeting but a meeting for the PARISH and is additional to the monthly Council Meeting. The ANNUAL COUNCIL MEETING is held in May; the first item of the Agenda is the election of the CHAIRMAN and VICE CHAIRMAN.
