Minsterley and Pontesbury Community Alcohol Partnership
Community Alcohol Partnerships bring together organisations to reduce crime, anti-social behaviour and harm caused by underage drinking through providing youth activities, alcohol education and enforcement.
The Minsterley and Pontesbury Community Alcohol Partnership (M&P-CAP) members are: Shropshire Council, West Mercia Police, the Co-op, Severnside Housing, Mary Webb School, Pontesbury Parish Council and Minsterley Parish Council.

The aim of this village appraisal has been to take a ‘snapshot in time’ of opinion within the Civil Parish of Minsterley. This will we hope:
1/ help to identify priorities for future planning and projects;
2/ support campaigns on particular issues and for facilities the village needs;
3/ provide targets to aim at and commentary on existing ideas; and
4/ encourage people to get involved in the life and development of our local community.

Local Produce Market
We welcome the news that the market is to run again this year, the proposed dates are :- 10th March for Mothers Day, 12th May for Spring, 7th July for Summer 6th October for Autumn and for Winter and Christmas the 15th of December. Look for to seeing you there it has become quite a success, thanks to all concerned.
