Bovale, the developers of the Old Bus Depot, Little Minsterley are appealing against the Planning Departments refusal to grant permission for the erection of houses and business units.
As you may know, Minsterley Council objected strongly to the three applications one of the may reasons was the noise from the Creamery that would distress future tenants.

A planning application 10/02701/FUL will be considered at the council meeting on 13 July 2010
'Erection of a pitched roof single storey extension to the rear of 21 WILLOW PARK'
The Council will have the opportunity to study the application and plans and forward its comments to the Planning Department.
MINSTERLEY VICARAGE
A planning application is under consideration to build a new Vicarage in the Vicarage grounds.
The Parish Council considered the details and had no concerns, in fact it welcomed the application.

Planning Applications are forwarded to Minsterley Parish Council for the Council's comments; this is the Council's opportunity to advise Shropshire Planning Department of local knowledge that it may not be aware of so to that extent, the Council's input is valuable.
Alas, the Council has no POWER change a decision that the Planning Officers/Planning Committee make.

Application for the erection of affordable houses on the Callow Lane site has been granted to Severnside Housing.
Minsterley Parish Council remain concerned about the detrimental affect the new development will have on the existing storm drains and sewers that are already unable to cope.

The planning application for the erection of nineteen affordable houses on the land at the top of Callow Lane has been granted.
Althought Minsterley Parish Council did not object to the application as such, it voiced considerable concern about flooding and sewage problems; surely it would have been more sensible to sort out the problems before the application was granted.

Shropshire Council Planning Committee has passed the planning application for nineteen affordable house on land at the top of Callow Lane.
Your Council did not object to the plan however it voiced great concern about the problems concerning flooding and sewage that the development would cause; Councillor Tudor Bebb worked hard to get a report from Severn Water as to what plans were in existance to cope with the problem; alas, no report was received before the planning committee met to consider the application.
